ASCIIsvg: drawing graphs on the web

Following my previous post on ASCII to MathML, this post is about another useful utility – ASCIIsvg – for scientific drawing on the web. After installing ASCIIsvg (which is simply a javascript source file) on your web server and embed it into your html file, you can produce graphs and diagrams on-the-fly by programming, i.e. writing simple scripts to draw them. More interestingly, you can quickly plot graphs of mathematical functions with just one command. Check out the website for more information. Go to this web page for a live demo of ASCIIsvg. Believe me, it’s pretty cool!
