I used to do Asian ancient breathing exercise (or “khí công dưỡng sinh” in Vietnamese). For the last several years, due to many subjective and objective reasons (a synonym for “laziness”), I stopped this healthy habit. Now I think it is time to re-start it, this time in combination with the so-called meditation practice. There are many benefits of this exercise, as you can find here for example. A simple instructional video can be found on this site. I realize that the breathing technique of meditation is simpler than that of khí công. It is probably better to combine these two exercises: breathing technique of khí công and position and relaxation technique of meditation.
