Felt good today


  • Went to lab, had a good discussion with colleagues.
  • Worked and got some good results.
  • Practiced Ryukyu Kempo for a good one hour and a half. Punching and kicking really really hard for over an hour did relieve me from stress 😉
  • Had dinner, then wrote up a report and sent to colleagues.
  • Now writing this post, then go to bed, and hope that tomorrow will be a good day too 🙂
