- Went to lab, had a good discussion with colleagues.
- Worked and got some good results.
- Practiced Ryukyu Kempo for a good one hour and a half. Punching and kicking really really hard for over an hour did relieve me from stress 😉
- Had dinner, then wrote up a report and sent to colleagues.
- Now writing this post, then go to bed, and hope that tomorrow will be a good day too 🙂
